What we collect
Enquiry forms: name, company, role, work email, group size, destination interest, travel month, indicative budget and free text. Subscription form: email address only.
Why
To prepare and discuss a proposal, and — where consent is given — to send four seasonal notes per year. Legal basis: consent and legitimate business interest in responding to a B2B enquiry.
Where it goes
Submissions reach our sales inbox and our customer relationship system (Pipedrive), used only by Elämys staff working on your project. We do not sell or share data with advertisers.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to incoming@elamysgroup.com.
