Arctic Lapland · Incentive travel · 3 nights · Deep winter · January–February 2026
The brief
A reward trip for a group that had already done the standard winter programmes, and a hotel change mid-stay that had to happen without the group handling luggage.
What we did
The programme opened at the airport with reindeer sleighs and an Arctic Circle crossing on the way to lunch at the reindeer farm. Luggage was moved separately and placed in the rooms. On the hotel change day a snowmobile safari covered the transition while the coach moved the bags.
From the programme
The transfer from the airport was by reindeer sleigh.
